The 7-day unlimited metro pass (for taking subways n buses) played a prank on me when it became a stored value card on Xmas eve... It has run out of value n refused to let me used it unless i topped up money. But it was supposed to be an unlimited 7-day pass!!! HUmph! Cheated me of my money and hence i refused to have it topped up and ended up WALKING to places that i wanna go :p

As it was Xmas, most (or i shld say nearly ALL) shops werent open. Hence, me n my panda walked up to the Central Park after a sumptuous breakfast at The Bread Factory... Cooling to walk during the day and we reached the shopping mall, thatz close by the Columbus circle...

Central Park was crowded today as there were many joggers, bladers and visitors. Beautiful day for all... Then we came to Strawberry field, right opp the Dakota where John Lennon of Beatles stayed and was killed...

We then walked down the infamous 5th Avenue, though all stores were closed...

As we approached the Empire State building, we saw a long queue of people, waiting to get to the top for the magnificent view. We couldnt be bothered n just took a couple of photos before we proceeded to Madison Square Garden :p

Passed by Macy's while we were on our way back :p
