First time trying out baking cheesecake over here in Portsmouth, cos we are celebrating my housemate's birthday tmr. Bought the mixer, weighing scale, baking tins and the ingredients for the cheesecake.

All the gals gathered at my apartment to see the 'demo' and they were busy gossiping away when I am preparing my cake :p

Guess the temperature was too high, or the non-stick pan was to thick, my cheese cake turned out disastrous... Haizz... the base was not cooked but the top and the sides were oredi cooked.

Compare the above with the ones i baked for my panda in June... ...
